The multi-chamber furnace is an activation device and the most advanced equipment in the activation process. It can produce different varieties and qualities of coal-based activated carbon according to customer needs. The activated product has the characteristics of high iodine value, high strength, and low breakage rate. It has little pollution (especially not producing wastewater), and the tail gas can achieve ultralow emissions. Part of the generated steam drives the turbine to run the fan, another part participates in the activation process of activated carbon, and the rest enters the steam turbine for waste heat power generation. Since the furnace body can reach a "self-heating balance" during production, no additional external heat source is required, so fuel consumption is reduced. The whole system adopts PLC centralized control making it have a higher degree of automation.
